WALK 1: LANGLAND BAY TO OYSTERMOUTH ON COASTAL PATH
| | An easy coastal walk on tarmac surfaces, following the cliff line to Limeslade with a short stretch alongside the road and then along the walking and cycling coastal path to Oystermouth.

Distance: 3½ miles; 5.5 kilometres.
Terrain: Easy with a few steep sections on the cliff path.
Start: Langland Corner bus stop; map reference 609876
Bus there: First Cymru service 2 or 2B from Swansea City Centre and Oystermouth; frequency, every 15 minutes daytime, Mondays to Saturdays, not Sundays or Bank Holidays
Walk: Leave the bus stop which is on a right angled turn on the Caswell Bay road and proceed down the road, second right, signposted Langland Bay. This will take you to the beach; turn left and walk along the beach to Rotherslade Bay, picking up the coast path here. The path rises quite steeply to the cliff top then follows an undulating course to come out on the road in Limeslade. Follow the pavement past the Big Apple and drop down the steps to Mumbles Pier. From here join the coastal path through to Oystermouth Square.

Facilities: There is a bistro and café at Langland Bay. Between Limeslade and Oystermouth there are several restaurants and cafes. There are toilets at Langland Bay, Mumbles Pier and Oystermouth Square
Bus back: First Cymru Service 2 or 2B from Oystermouth Square to Swansea City Centre; frequency, every 15 minutes, Mondays to Saturdays, less frequently on Sundays & Bank Holidays
