Swansea Bay is very accessible by Train and Coach

There’s no need for a long, tiring drive to South Wales along crowded roads. Relax and let the train or coach take the strain. Swansea Bay is easily reached from any part of the UK by fast train or coach, either by a direct service or, more often than not, with just one simple interchange en route. Many train services run every hour giving a huge choice, and making it much more possible to get the cheapest fare deal.

Very low priced ‘Advance’ fares on trains and great value deals on coaches are available on most days, especially if you are flexible with your travelling times – and are prepared to book ahead.

For some activities, you may want to bring equipment with you. Trains and coaches can convey reasonable quantities of luggage that can be carried on board (maximum two medium sized luggage items) but some limits are placed on cycles and surfboards.
